The construction of iRobot began in 2017 and is slated for completion in 2020. The timeline below contains images from each stage of the project that has been completed to date.
About the project
iRobot is embarking on a multi-phased design and fit-up project of the approximately 200,000 SF headquarters building in Bedford, MA. Hereva has been contracted to provide a full range of project management services for the renovation of existing and additional leased space at the Crosby Drive campus. The project will follow agile project management methodologies, where a stream of contiguous workflows will be carried out simultaneously, including exterior façade replacement by the landlord.
Hereva is providing Site Master Planning, Brand Identity and Visioning, Procurement of A/E/C Teams, Furniture and Workspace Guidelines, Lobby and Museum Redesign, and Master Schedule and Budget compilation. The project commenced in 2018; Hereva’s involvement in project management for design and construction will extend through execution in early 2020.
