Robin Dorogusker

VP of Client Services

Robin’s professional career spans more than 25 years in facilities, capital projects and project management. She has been on the owner’s team in a variety of capacities, including as project manager, program manager and relocation manager as well as working as a consultant and vendor. She has developed the ability to assess project needs, facilitate teamwork, achieve client satisfaction and the successful completion of complex real estate projects.

Robin believes in ongoing professional development; that a commitment to the industry and establishing long term relationships benefits the profession as well as the individual. She believes we can realize our project goals by employing project management methodologies to integrating business, technology and operational requirements.

Robin’s experience began as a corporate art consultant and art manager. After nearly 12 years managing corporate art projects, she transitioned to relocation planning and management in the early 1990s. After 14 years with a relocation planning and management company, where she helped establish the firm as a leader in the industry, Robin transitioned to project management.

Owner’s Project Manager
Robin has worked as the owner’s project manager for a myriad of corporate, healthcare, institutional, biotech and non-profit clients. She has managed up to $20M in projects annually with individual projects ranging from $500,000 to $50M. Robin excels at establishing strong working relationships with service providers, internal end users and business executives alike. Robin has also acted as a business development and operations manager, developing a wide range of business management and HR skills along the way.

VP of Client Services
As VP of Client Services, Robin is able to bring her range of skills to Hereva. Through her involvement in business development, marketing and operations, Robin is able to help steer the direction and service level Hereva provides their clients. As a Project Director, Robin is also able to offer her project management abilities to Hereva’s clients, bringing her experience and expertise to managing her client’s commercial design and construction challenges.

Robin is committed to excellence in client service and project delivery. She provides owner representation in all areas of project delivery, including client team selection, program management and project management for design and construction. In addition to working with Real Estate, Capital Projects and Facilities professionals, Robin successfully collaborates with a variety of stakeholders; developing strong working relationship with both internal and external service providers. Throughout the project delivery process, Robin is committed to maintaining design and engineering standards, improving the user experience and providing effective project team communications.

Recent Projects
Robin recently acted as the Integrated Program Manager for a national organization, planning projects in a variety of operations centers, call centers, and corporate offices; managing the initial scope, schedule and budget from initial request through real estate transaction, capital appropriations request and project implementation.

Prior, as Senior Project Manager at Fidelity Investments, Robin was responsible for the planning and implementation of a variety of projects, including initial scope, schedule and budget, to capital appropriations, team selection, and programming through implementation. Managing over $20M in projects, Robin specialized in high-end executive projects where integrating technology into the design and managing executive communications were required.
