About the project
One Lambda, a Thermo Fisher Scientific brand has contracted Hereva to provide Project Management services for its “One Roof” project. This 120,000 SF project will allow the consolidation of three buildings from an existing campus into one state-of-the-art GxP facility that will house office, R&D, manufacturing, warehousing and back of house functions.
The project requires careful coordination of the relocation of existing equipment with the integration of new equipment. Phased relocations of the existing equipment are expected to commence in Q4 of 2017, creating a critical path, as production must be maintained during this transition.
In addition, Hereva will assist with the coordination of supply chain requirements into the project including warehousing, cold storage, raw material and finished product. Hereva will drive implementation of all operational requirements for relocating the existing campus to the One-Roof building and maintain communications with all project stake holders.
Hereva will be on board with Thermo Fisher through operational start-up which is targeted for Q3 2019.
