One Lambda, a Thermo Fisher Scientific brand located near Los Angeles, CA chose Hereva to provide Project Management services for its “One Roof” project. Since 2017, Tom has been managing this 120,000 SF project that will allow the consolidation of three buildings from an existing campus into one state-of-the-art GxP facility that will house office, R&D, manufacturing, warehousing and back of house functions. Led by Tom, the team is driving implementation of all operational requirements for relocating the existing campus and maintaining communications with all project stake holders.
Tom is a highly skilled project manager with over 15 years of experience in planning for the design and construction of commercial real estate projects. Tom provides leadership and brings experience to the ever-changing demands of a project, especially when working in occupied spaces. Tom’s experience includes 5 years as a project manager representing clients during a myriad of design and construction projects. He worked for 12 years in construction as a project manager for office renovations, Secure Confidential Information Facilities (SCIF) and high-tech laboratory and R&D spaces in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to Hereva, Tom was a team lead and senior project manager on a number of high-profile projects ranging in size from $1.0M – $6.0M for Santander Bank.

His expertise is in planning phased projects that require working in occupied spaces – he understands the importance of maintaining ongoing operations throughout a project. Tom’s vast experience as a construction manager allows him to understand the inner workings of a construction project, including how to maximize subcontractor productivity.
